Some people keep saying PBYA issued 693m shares to Upstryve, which is WRONG. They’re NOT issued yet. Anytime you issue new shares, that get added to o/s shares (and restricted or unrestricted, as the case may be). Yesterday they issued 397m to note holders, accordingly, o/s shares increased from 2.8b to 3.2b (and unrestricted increased by the same count).

So far o/s and restricted shares have not been increased by 693m shares. So DEFINITELY they have not issued shares to Upstryve despite closing the deal on Aug 31. Anytime, you close a deal, you settle both sides of the transaction. I can guarantee they did not issue shares to Upstryve and that’s a mystery!

I am open to hear as to why Upstryve 693m shares still not issued? What’s the hold up?
