I think it does matter because they don't know who legally owns those 72 million shares and dumbitard is probably being a douche and not turning over any info they might need for the audit.. I think if a party is being uncooperative the auditing company can finish audit and just mention that fact in notes after a certain amount of time trying to gather that info from them.
