As per the post earlier by Ottowa, the company was slightly over the authorized already.. by about 38 mil... we would already know if they were diluting, and its obvious they are not.. this had normal retracement after some huge percentage gains...be patient...good things coming :)

CIVX just got off the phone with TA as of January 29, 2007 there was 940,360,316 freetrading shares and 97,709,611 restricted, for a total of shares issued and outstanding 1,038,069,927. Therefore no change since January 22nd
