I cannot imagine a settlement unwinding, but anything is possible. In any event, if the deal unwound, everyone on the planet would sue Billy for the rest of his life on the planet, and beyond. There is an incredible economic incentive for all to sit at the table and get everyone paid in a fair and equitable fashion. Quickly!
