The only way your never ending "when will IDCC sign another license?" posts make any sense is for us to assume that Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and the other unlicensed wireless manufacturers are ready to sign up and begin paying IDCC if only someone in KOP would pick up the phone and give them a call.

(ring, ring... "Hello, this is Bill Merritt over at IDCC and we have been meaning to let you know that we need a license for our 3G patents being used in your products. Sorry it took so long getting to you with that news, but we have been real busy over here. I am thinking a 2% royalty is fair and that your check for a giga million dollars would square things up.... Well OK, you are mailing it today, great!! That will make a lot of our options players happy.")

Fantasy Land is the only place anything like that happens, so smell some coffee and wake up to the reality that I think most of us are fully aware of. Several of those firms are spending millions in legal fees to keep IDCC from collecting another dollar in licensing royalties until it's embattled management surrenders under terms requiring them to accept "pennies on the dollar" 3G license rates, and IMO the rest are hiding under the skirts of those big lead dog bullies.

That is a fact Jack, and continued whining about IDCC not picking up the phone and booking some fresh licenses is... (better descretion requires that I make this a "fill in the blank")!
