I remember back when I first bought shares in Uoip. Someone was saying that the newer shares were possibly bogus, and only shares bought early on were the legit ones. Could it be that a lot of us bought Carters shares that he dumped before he changed the waterfall? Maybe. But your post just made me smile at the fact that he could lose most of his shares and majority shareholder status if all this pans out in our favor. Awesome post. Thanks.
