I think this is part of the problem, many believe buyback will be delayed. We don’t know that for a fact, we just know that within the next 42 days Henry is focusing on 5GT while other projects continue to develop. Too many people are already assuming that buyback will be delayed, even though shares are confirmed to be held and just awaiting payment.

Focusing on a major project for a few weeks does NOT mean buyback isn’t happening, they are not mutually exclusive. The whole point of M&A is to work on multiple projects at a time with different goals.

To present a counter argument, what happens if he chooses one of his first three options (more likely) to buy 5GT in November, releases the November Q, and then retires shares by the deadline in December.

Can you imagine a better holiday season??? I can’t, and that’s one of the many reasons why I am holding and buying more.
