They will for sure release the fillings and stay listed in the US, as they also have some other big and important shareholders.

About the number of shares of the management you have to check the latest 10k. All management does have shares, but I do not remember the figures of course.

But I am sure, they will also give more shares to the management, as the numbers in the last 10k are based on around 20 Million o/s and a share price higher than 1 $.
