It certainly makes a lot of sense. The COVID-19 bubble is quickly coming to an end for BP's and the rest of the skirt chasers, as the backlash intensifies against being forced to jab at the end of a gun barrel. DCVax is the hottest ticket in town, and LP did say, "if she received an offer she couldn't refuse, why not?" Let's be honest, NWBO is not set up to launch such a consequential product. Take Amarin for example. The scripts for it's game changing Vascepa has remained the same for over 2 + years now. Don't underestimate the vast divide between a tiny research and development biotech and a monster BP that has more resources than numerous countries put together.
