...no 8-K despite the "closing" of the acquisition of the publicly-unknown assets of "Hydrenesis Aquaculture LLC"...not Hydrenesis, mind you, "Hydrenesis Aquaculture LLC". What did SHMP get...provided they really did close...for the $4.5 MILLION and equivalent of $7 MILLION in SHMP common?

...no word of the shrimp I understand were stocked at least 6 months ago. That's a long time maintaining a shrimp aquarium with no sale of a single shrimp.
