Thank you. I’ve read your posts from earlier this year to get a clearer picture of what you mean. I now find it even more confusing...but I’m reassured by your scepticism about the journal being the cause of the delay. I think you’re right. It doesn’t make sense.

My amateur assumption was that the peer reviewed article serves as a kind of scientific committee endorsement of the data (for entry into the medical lexicon), and that this analysis would be done at the FDA anyway. But…clearly…I’m not a boffin.
