Well,

The warrants are a 5 year instrument. And while I don't like that they are publicly traded ..... its far too early to be considering exercise of those instruments.

As far as the shelf ..... it would be MORONIC for sales to be occurring on the shelf already. But I don't put anything past Dahl ... totally clueless in the capital markets ..... and as soon as there is a filing that shows sales against the shelf ..... the sentiment that is already negative ..... will grow further .... especially if it happens any time soon.

Just my opinion of course ......
