Another reason why they would file.

I truly believe they used that rule to its fullest extent to keep people away from it and then when the time is right….boom

Probaly just picking up scraps from the trilogy capital reversal. They were either owed or just took money to back out. And sold them on open market….funniest part is you can even buy them back now giving full control to the MMs who could take this so high
