Poet's .52 cad warrants expire 11/2/21, they are a nasty overhang holding back PPS similar to how LPC was holding back LWLG, here's some recent posts from agoracom on the subject,

I am trying to think thru the logic of existing $.52 warrant holders, trying to imagine the SP path leading to expiration in November.

If I am still holding, am I getting antsy/nervous? CIOE was this week, and perhaps is the last catalyst to provide price strength to sell into and exit without a self-fulfilling death spiral?

Is there a known catalyst in October to sell into, or is this it?

Will it really come down to the wire for some of these holders, and end in a puke the last week of October? I have no idea, but certainly I want to be emotionally prepared for anything.

While his work hasn't had much impact SP-wise yet, it is great to see Adrian bringing an improvement and increase to Poet's public communication.

Another logic:

In case such a warrant holder would do his DD, he will see the true value of his holding.

So the logical step would be to sell something else and to execute his warrants. We should not forget that in principle there is a lot of money out in this market looking for a good investment! Interest rates in Europe are still negative!

It's not true to believe that 100% of the warrants holder are going to sell some Poet shares to exercised their warrants. In fact, there are 3 possibilities. 1) They will simply write a check to exercide the warrants. 2) They will sell other stuff to get the cash 3) They sell 1/2 Poet share for every warrants they want to exercise.


I personnaly know a few persons who holds together more than 2M warrants who will simply write a check and not selling a single share. So at least we won't see any selling pressure from those holders.
