Sawston is the focus of the negative-nellies as they assert that NWBO doesn't really expect to sell Dc-vax but they are running a scam to have NWBO build their mfg facility solely for the purpose of giving it for free to Advent, or eventually having Advent pick it up at a BK sale. This is part of the continuing claim that NWBO is nothing but a scamming vehicle for LP.

Some people may also think LP should dilute NWBO now so that NWBO can eventually run a contract mfg facility themselves. I think they are completely missing the big point of the relative value of the IP business vs the cell mfg business.
