They'll be making hundreds alright, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars selling from two locations in the near future.

I spoke to the owner of a local pretzel shop yesterday at a street festival in town. He and his wife own the Pretzel Factory here on Long Island and he told me there certainly is good money in pretzels and all the fixings that accompany them. The margins are huge compared to cost of direct sale to retail customers.

I told him about the Pretzel Haus concept and he said it sounds likely to be a winner for sure. Picked his brain for a short while and he explained the one local shop he has here in NY grosses millions each year and has a steady flow of new & repeat customers; from what he was kind enough to share with me. He also told me they cater 100s of events each year with pretzel platters and specialty pretzels and custom orders.
