No, where it is said in that text who submitted the request for the certificate. There is only talk of Sawston, but Sawston is not a company, its a business area. Only a business with a chamber of commerce and a VAT number can submit for certification with the MHRA. Sawston is not a business. I find it obscure NWBO kept this text so vague in that regard.

Like I said Im guessing LP is setting up the sales of NWBO together with Advent. Thats fine with me but it does complicate the sales of NWBO....IMO
