It's down cause otcx is shorting the short out the stocks it helps provide a service for. Be your own governor. Make your own rules..... they are extremely aggressive about it to.. Market makers do shady shit. Look what a clean level 2 and a dirty level 2 mean.... even tho someone on here will tell u pennies can't be shorted. Ya u and me can't short shit. But a market maker can do whatever the he'll they want.... know what your up against. .
