It was down because there was a 10,000 block on the ask for half the day! Get it straight. That's the only reason it was down. People were not going to keep pouring shares into the same 10k that wasn't moving, and when that happened others started to sell. Notice in the last couple of minutes when that disappeared how fast it went up? If there was more time, it would have broken .03 easily. They know what they're doing. Please.
