Those causing the insufficiency of evidence do not get the benefit of the doubt they deliberately create.

As for NWBO caring about how things look, since when have they cared about creating a bad appearance with financings before? That will not prevent NWBO for creating delays if they find it expedient.

Also if NWBO had a much larger market cap it would be considerably easier to finance extra manufacturing capacity and ramp up faster if that was the issue. If anything it could be contracted out if the issue is really that DCVax-L is too awesome for our own good and will create excessive demand.

As for the hints about the next financing only coming after TLD, hard experience with hint and switch suggests that it is a bad idea to take hints too seriously unless they are negative hints that point to delays as Les Goldman’s Big Beer Bar appearance and the bragging about the ability to add patients to the trial some years ago that presaged the series of delays that dragged this trial well past the truenos of the decade.
