Exactly! AS is irrelevant, if we get 7 million volume again, this beast is locked down regardless of any AS change which will take months at the least. This is just a vote.

The float is still a tiny 7 million and will be for months. 80% of otc has higher cap than this and we have one of the worlds best blockchains rolling in.
