The "fools" are those who sold strictly on the basis of Henry not saying on the call yesterday, that he bought back shares and retired them, and/or that he didn't report VF revenues.
There are plenty of fools who made it public that they only cared about those items, and many said they sold because of it. Some stated they didn't care about Five-Grain.

henry states clearly in the cc he hasn't done any buybacks

Please show a transcript where he clearly said this, as he didn't.

He did say that arrangements for lots of shares to be bought from some groups have been made, but they have not been paid for yet, and we have until the end of December to disclose.

Facts always matter and a few words misrepresented here and there make a big difference.
