That's your argument, float is smaller than 98.3% of other OTC stocks? I could give a rats ass about other OTC stocks. I only own 4 OTC stocks right now and I'm selling off 3 of them slowly including this one. These guys are amateurs, they don't keep their word and they can't due the most important things, like file a 10Q or K on time. It looks to me like they put all their eggs in one basket, that being the infrastructure bill. If that's the only Ace they have, we are all in trouble as I believe neither infrastructure bill will pass because the entire political system is broken in my opinion.

I wouldn't be surprised if this stock is done and it's another two years before these guys try again with some other phony deal. Hope I'm wrong as I really want to dump these shares above .05. Not gonna happen if these guys can't do the required filings.
