There are two issues with that assessment.

The first is that while such possibilities can be seen they have tended not to materialize and the second is that NWBO has changed strategy abruptly in the past.

It must be remembered that there have been numerous things posited as going on 'behind the scenes' but in the end time passes and they do not happen or happen in a reduced way. The last article is a good example of that and so was HE, the failure to keep moving forward with EAMS, DCVax Prostate partnering. These things just fade away and are semi-forgotten.

Maybe NWBO will adhere to their strategy but I suspect that there are just too many moving parts for a management team of this caliber to handle. It must be recalled that this time last year NWBO led us to believe that TLD was happening during the same month and never updated us on that expectation until after they were overdue on October 5th. That was an abrupt change. Almost equally jarringly abrupt was the radical change in their communication strategy after Buzdargate. So while NWBO can appear to have a certain outlook or certain approach, they can switch quickly and seldom to the advantage of non-insiders.

So how might shareholders see whether this is happening?

A big early test that could happen in the next month or two will be whether manufacturing news is released with no hint of when we will get TLD let alone the article and then say two weeks pass without the next bit of big news.

It will be clear if they release manufacturing news in isolation that will be a sign (especially when a week or two passes with no follow-up on another front) that they have once again abruptly changed course because while I do not believe manufacturing is a big deal most other observations I have seen present it that way.

I can understand the pressure for them to do this especially if the real meat and potatoes news is being delayed into next year (however early) but it will be a bad sign that we cannot trust NWBO to follow through with what they say they will do.

As always, we will all just have to see.
