You need to read and understand what I said. I did not say meaningful contract after....I said meaningful contract "ANNOUNCEMENT" after. A well timed, successful reverse split will always be set up with known good news (K) to the company before the split and that good news will be ANNOUNCED a day or two after the split. Outstanding reduction in shares happen quicker.
