Proof of what? That I was pissed at the IR for posting on a private message board, that you have to join to read. You might want to call the SEC and ask what they think of that. Second until I saw that 8K I owned a large position here. I don’t care how you read the 8K, increasing the AS, so they can meet the requirements for convertibles that are about to hit then talk about post split pricing. Is NOT GOOD. Looks like quite a few agreed with me. Also if you take off the rose colored glasses that 8K most likely would not have been issued if they weren’t worried about dilution. I expect within 2 weeks we see a pre 14c announcing an RS. Something is wrong here, you don’t announce a 3.5 billion dollar contract and have the PPS tank for two solid weeks. People aren’t buying the story. GL
