AS I read the 8K,, it says by the end of Sept 30,2021----He does not have to wait until then, unless he wants to,,, I am sure he already has the $$$$ in hand---
Next is an 8K that says the money has been given and the research has been received ----

The 4th Quarter financials by 11/15 and a buy out could take place anytime after that----IMHO
