Significant dilution? They've already increased the amount at the DTC by 110 million and the OS by 68 million. How much more is needed for a company that has nothing?

Think about it, they haven't filed one thing on time since the announcement of this fabulous management team. I believe we get the "Stop Sign" on Monday if no filing. Garbage management for a garbage company. Just my opinion.
