Right. Would have been better if he just issued the PR, didn't explain anything else, and just let everyone run around in the dark.

I'm certain that nobody needed to hear that a huge reason for this deal is so Five Grain can go public through PHIL, and that we will get dividends from that.

Did anybody want to see the revenue potential from the deal, of $600M, and $3.49B when the proprietary brand is in production? Yeah, that was a waste of a slide.

Truly a totally unnecessary call. I wish Henry was like the 99.99% of OTC CEO's, who just put out bullshit updates once in a while and never actually communicate with shareholders. Damn you, Henry!
