Just watch level 2, or he is dumping but he was just bidding at 1.11 the same amount he just dumped.. he was also selling at 1.40 when ask was 1.70, if anyone really wanted to sell they would not go 20% below asking price to sell, or the low volume walk down.

Or the guy is just a dumb seller but he was walking it down. There might be odd chance he wanted in lower but he would be foolish to think other buyers wouldn’t step in at such a low volume walkdown discount.
