If anyone ever had any interest in regen as a take over or buy out, it would have been done when Koos left in early 2020. There was NO poison pill then and Koos couldn’t stop it. The patent filings existed and would have been known by anyone who did any investigative work into the company. So why didn’t it happen? Because no one or company actually thinks its patents are worth anything other than those on this board who are applying unrealistic valuation to a pile of dung.
