Absolutely. Greg learned quickly after acquiring the first Pretzel Haus location. The second location in Hillsborough County is already zoned/permitted for food services.

Previously it was a SUBWAY and then an Italian Cafe' - certainly going to be much easier to get the Tampa location open more quickly since not as much needs to be built for food services & kitchen prep.

Great location as well, kudos to Greg in securing this prime location.
