Apparently there was a request asking for them to be exempted but SEC has not responded and I am not sure how they would do that. It does say they are requesting a few months to get them verified. So I don’t know if the SEC could or wants to go thru each one making them exempt or would just put out a blanket statement pushing back Sept 28 for them to get the bonds all verified within 90 days for example.

It surely will be interesting to see what happens.
