Nuke, as Zip mentioned, Vascepa/Statin combo would be the best proposition. Pfizer is fully aware of Amarin's combo patent. Any physician knows better compliance is sustained with fewer pills to swallow. You'd be surprised at the drop out rate, particularly in older people when they have multiple pills to swallow.

As they say, if you have a great idea, chances are someone has already thought of it. Pfizer must have a plan, and it's not just Canada. That's peanuts for them.
