I can't remember precisely when Dr. Ashkan made a statement about the Top 100 patients in the trial living in excess of 7 years. I thought he had meant to say the median for the Top 100 was over 7 years.

I believe that when Dr. Ashkan made the statement perhaps 32 or so after Dr. Liau's SNO presentation in 2018. If that is roughly correct, if we take 32 away from 84 we get 52. If at the time we were told about the Top 100 with the median at 58+ months, if the 50 people living at under 58+ months were at month 52 or more, it may be possible that the Top 100 actually lived over 7 years at the time he said that. The median for the Top 100 may have advanced to nearly 90 months if essentially most of the people in the Top 100 continue to live.

I'm not saying that this is the case, it's more spectacular than I had believed it could be, but if the figures I'm citing are essentially correct, it's not impossible.

If anyone can cite the date that Dr. Ashkan made the statement about 7 years it would be possible to refine this further, I'm guessing it was around June. If this is correct, we're saying that nearly 1/3rd of all the patients in the trial may still be alive.
