Could be. Hard to tell. I think people who want in will wait until the last minute to buy, looking for the best deal. Seems like more pressure on sellers than buyers to adjust price right now, though.

Hard to say. I think we get some volume & upward price pressure from increased demand later today or tomorrow, though.
