~ Again, "COOP", The Company Having A Reasonable Active "Buy Back" Program Is Nothing New', This Is, as stated, a continuation of, ... "Predecessor / Successor Operational Protocol" ... (Predecessor Being the reorganized' WMI to WMIH, and Successor Being "COOP", "In Name Only" of course') ... WMI' always reported its own Buy Back Program In Every 10-K Released Prior to the 2008 Seizure' ~

... In My Opinion, ... COOP's Buy-Back Program Is Now In Proper Order' ... as well as, the 09/16/2021 now 8-K reported', the proper amount of COOPs Common shares outstanding ... "as of 09/30/2021" ...

from JWW's post',
"And "disclosed that no further share repurchases have taken place subsequently" means they have $108 million still available for additional 2.65M shares to repurchase."

Also, ... an AZ' observation ...

Note how the outstanding share amounts have always been reported "as of" a date closer to the release of a 10-Q or a 10-K, and NOT' generally updated at the actual closing date' of a Quarter' ... I find that interesting' as COOP' is beginning to correct the fundamentals' ... anyway'

GO COOP', ...

just sayin'
