I am very glad that Linda Powers and Toucan started and help fund Cognate and Advent Bioservices. I am glad that NWBio was able to help fund dedicated clean rooms at Cognate so that it could start and complete its multi-national DCVax-L Phase III clinical trial.

I am glad that because of starting Cognate and Advent, NWBio is on the verge of getting DCVax-L approved in the US, UK, Canada, Germany and the rest of the EU. The market is assigning the highest value, and paying the highest multiples, not for CDMOs, but for a biotech that is developing a global immunotherapy vaccine platform that may treat all, or most solid tumor cancers, both operable and inoperable.

Here is what I said months ago:

If Linda Powers had not started Cognate, NWBio would not have completed its DCVax-L Phase III clinical trial. Also, the NWBO share price would not have increased from $0.17 up to $1.50+. In addition, DCVax-L would not be on the verge of regulatory approval in the US, Canada, UK, Germany and the rest of the EU.

By starting Cognate & Advent, Linda Powers put DCVax-L and DCVax Direct in position to be approved around the world, to treat all or most solid tumor cancers, both operable & inoperable.

By Cognate being acquired by Charles River Laboratories (CRL), Cognate has gone from being able to only manufacture DCVax-L & DCVax Direct just for the North American markets (US, Canada & Mexico), to now having a global footprint, and now being able to manufacture DCVax-L & DCvax Direct worldwide.

Because Linda Powers started Cognate & Advent, the addressable market potential has increased from 10's of billions of dollars, to 100's of billions of dollars, if not trillions of dollars.

My NWBO shares are up over 300%. I am glad that Linda Powers started Cognate and Advent.
