I watched a documentary about AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) yesterday. It's quite concerning where we are going.

In about 10 years from now, computers/robots will be able to outperform any human job. They will have recreated the brain, and much better. And then evolution will fast forward at a rapid pace. We will all lose our jobs.

They have programs now that can tell whether you are gay or straight by looking at your picture, much better than humans can.

We will have facial recognition software that can trace back up to 5 or 10 years, exactly where you have been, what you did, etc. by looking at city camera recordings.

They have software now that can search and detect enemy activity by looking at spy plane recordings, much faster and accurately than humans can. Etc. etc.

Tell your kids or grandchildren to study AI/Computers/Math etc. Because the rest of us will be out of a job.
