IMO, Dr. Koos likely has several of these signed already and is NOW in the process of Negotiations with the best Big Pharma bidders! After all that 8K he filed on 4/27/21 is what this is all about, isn't it?? In that 8k he very clearly uses the words "ACQUIRE" & 'NEGOTIATE"

There's just no getting around this.
