Let me make a few things clear….marine patent gone for now. But there is marjac hope.
EU patents clear for 10+ years.

1.generics using the skinny label to infringe on the CV label
2. Generics only reason to be in the business for vascepa is to infringe! No other reason except it is their nature.
3. HW act was meant to bring low cost drugs to market and prevent bogus patent extensions from drugs whose patent was expiring…after their guaranteed run….this is not our case!!!!WTF!!!!!!

4. Vascepa’s new indication is hardly bogus

5. The investors and owners of the company deserve the economic benefit of their invention for CV risk reduction ……..the damn FDA made us do it!!!!

6. Generics are infringing. It’s their sole purpose. Don’t know of another drug where they came in before the market was matured…but they did here. I hope they get treble damages.
