The deadline is end of September, but OTC/SEC need time to review….the cut off date is almost on us. Do you think realistically they will file before this deadline after so many broken promises?

For disclosure, I hold a significant number of shares but lost complete faith in this company.

Communication is misleading.

When you appoint/re appoint auditors don’t you require an 8K? 8K was filed in February I think saying auditors were appointed.

Communication before this one said restructuring would occur after accounts were filed in mid September, but now they are saying some phase of restructuring has completed and accounts would be started. Completely contradictory.
