I do not think knowing the exact payment for manufacturing can be public, however Advent is primarily consulting and personnel at this time, though I honestly believe they are doing most of the real work right now other than writing a paper.

The Sawston facility belongs to NWBO and NWBO shareholders as does the fixtures and the equipment generally.

So I do not find myself particularly concerned. I think they are protecting IP diligently and I think if they contract it out to third-parties without any stake, they likely will create opportunities for copycats. There are a number of major companies that manufacture a variety of cell therapies and cellular technologies. I actually think that giving them the keys to the universe at this time might be bad for shareholder’s long-term interests.

I also think Advent is doing this all on a relative shoe string. That also would likely not be possible with those other third-parties. So we see this very differently.
