The difference previously with AF was that they were not in possession of results and couldn’t defend themselves……they are now but still behave and act like a hedgie will throw $2b at attacking them to pop the bubble and that the hedgie will use AF / P5 to front the attack……..but the chances of them attacking the science is now very low so the chances of them going after Mgt is the only option open to them so you would think they should be focused on transparency and good governance. If you have nothing to hide then being lawyers they should go after anyone attacking them using lies and falsehoods to cause a SP crash……but it’s always better in business to be open, transparent and communicate well if you want to create good relationships with shareholders and kill off any possibility that a plot to sink the stock might just fly…..it’s the opposite of what they are actually doing.

I personally think any hedgie that might have done this in the past has likely moved on to play elsewhere anyway having made millions shorting NWBO…..old news.
