No, i have never seen real funds holding anyone to “account”. The trolling hedge funds do it to manipulate getting their own interests taken care of, but that is rarely in the interests of all or the rest of the shareholders.

“Shareholder advocates” rarely advocate in reality for the interests of the other shareholders. They pose as such, but typically have a very specific and unstated agenda, in my experience.
