Are we sure this isn't our Billy? It was filed on June 16th. 3 weeks before settlement. Maybe it was a pre-emptive strike by the SEC due to the waterfall being changed to exclude shareholders. "that any person has engaged or is ABOUT to engage in any act or practice constituting a violation of any provision of this title". Maybe that letter to the Judge prompted him to notify the proper authorities to take a closer look. Who knows? Any more info about this? I don't have pacer.
