they made your position worth more by reducing the outstanding stock. the reduction is not a lot and isn't a big deal. what is a big deal, that was the last hurdle before the merger completion or at least the announcement of who it is?

if the merging company has good value with some dollars behind it is when ilst takes off.

if there is money to be made and i believe there is it'll be on who the merging company is.
