He had US @ 1 Billion , EU @ 1 Billion and ROW @ 1 Billion

3 Billion in total

so now it is either 3,4, or 5 times earnings for the price

Low range 3*3 = 9 Billion
Med range 4*3 = 12 Billion
High range 5*3 = 15 Billion or greater

Per share I believe this to be $21, $28 or $35
