* and "Warned" ... Many Years Ago' That The "wmi-lt" Was Financially Irrelevant, NO LTI's were coming and Nothing, Absolutely NOTHING', Of Any Financial Relevance to EVER' be ratio return distributed at the 75/25

* that "aya" legal submissions, were Sloppy and Poorly Prepared, and would NOT Be Successful ...

* And For Again, Years, That "COOP" Would Be The "Tell" ... WMIH' trading as symbol "COOP" ...

twisting the history ?, ... still doesn't accomplish anything ... it still, "is what it is" ... COOP, Has Been ?, and will continue to move forward from here, ... and at minimum, the interest accumulated by the Cap Trust will be returned to the original WMI Releasing Common Share Holders, ... the Holders of DTC ESC Cusip # 939ESC968 The Cap Trust was never a part of the BK', ... I have no idea what is left in the WMIH Preferred Managing Sub, to have its interest earned, be able to be returned to a fixed income bond, for the 992's and the 84's ...
