I am not sure what you mean, the LT is done. All debt was paid…piers was the last to be paid. There was never any money coming back to class 19 & 22…..however along with the underwriters we are waiting to be paid. Capital trust has not distributed and that was kept separately from the bk…..next steps..

Nothing was going to happen with the bk and lt still operating. Now the bk is closed and so is the LT…now the ownership change is done as well…read the articles…now we wait for an execution for next step for whomever is left in charge…I am only looking catch-up on interest. The rest will follow….
